Our 2 Car Garage / Warehouse that measures 25' Wide x 49' Long x 10' Tall side walls, with two 8' 6" foot electric rollup doors is designed to be a DIY project.  With all framing pre-drilled or self taping screws provided. This makes it less complicated to install on your footing or poured slab. As a courtesy we provide Architect, Structural Engineering, each permit authority may require additional documents, you can obtain directly with our engineer.
